Weight Loss Recipe Pineapple Green Chard Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 3 cups Swiss Chard leaves - packed
- 2 cups Banana - roughly 3 large Bananas
- 2 cups frozen Pineapple chunks
- 1 cup frozen Mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen Strawberry
- 3 heaping Tablespoons Date Paste
- 3 cups Coconut Water (or regular filtered Water)
Instructions:
