Ingredients:


  • 3 cups Swiss Chard leaves - packed
  • 2 cups Banana - roughly 3 large Bananas
  • 2 cups frozen Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup frozen Mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen Strawberry
  • 3 heaping Tablespoons Date Paste
  • 3 cups Coconut Water (or regular filtered Water)


Instructions:
