Weight Loss Recipe Berrylicious

Ingredients:


  • 1 (250g) fresh beetroot, trimmed, washed
  • 1 medium granny smith apple
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves


Instructions:


  1. Using an electric juice extractor, juice beetroot and apple into a jug.
  2. Transfer mixture to a blender or processor. Add raspberries, cranberry juice and mint. Blend or process until smooth. Pour into a glass. Serve.
