Weight Loss Recipe Pomegranate and raspberry syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 1/4 cups caster sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.
- Increase heat to high. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to medium- low. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened. Cool.
- Strain through a fine sieve into a bottle or jug. Discard solids. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
