Weight Loss Recipe Pomegranate iced tea

Ingredients:


  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 cups apple juice
  • 6 cranberry, raspberry & strawberry tea bags
  • 1 pomegranate
  • Ice cubes


Instructions:


  1. Serve tea over ice cubes.
  2. Place tea bags in a large jug and cover with boiling water. Set aside to soak for 3 mins. Remove and discard tea bags. Set aside to cool.
  3. Cut pomegranate in half. Using a wooden spoon, tap the skin of each half over a bowl, to dislodge seeds, collecting juice and seeds as you go. Add seeds and juice to tea. Stir through apple juice and refrigerate until cold.
